Hara Healing, What’s that?
In Japanese and Taoist traditions, the hara refers to the area about two inches below the navel, often aligned with the lower dantian (a key energy center).
This is the Womb Space.
It's seen as the seat of personal power, vitality, intuition, and grounded presence.
The hara is the center of gravity physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Why Womb Healing?
Energetic Miscarriages are a real thing in past life regressions and remembering.
When I was “in my remembering my twin flame relationship phase,”
I was connecting with him on a level I had never experienced previously with any other person. We never had a “physical” relationship, I never even touched his skin.
The message you see, was to remember myself, and to remember that we’re way more cosmic than we’ve ever been taught or allowed to feel. The sole relationship made me realize that I have to be responsible for my own spiritual journey, that yes we’re all mirrors of source and some form of trauma. It’s one those relationships that shaped and carved my shadow work, allowing me to go even deeper into my inner world.
