There’s no forcing it, it definitely takes time. You feel lighter already, so when you’re ready you can look for things that inspires you. It means you should be out there doing things, grabbing tea, or doing something out of your comfort zone. Shadow work can feel like chaos, but it’s really just your soul reorganizing itself.
