Because sometimes we cannot burn palo santo incenses, this is a sensory reminder that we can tune into the creative flow for a deeper release. The purging process is apart of grief. 

Allow yourself to feel. Don’t numb yourself with alcohol and drugs. And remember if you’re sober, and have 4 sips of wine to honor someone, it’s totally fine. You’re still strong. You can make good choices and stand by your convictions. 

“Humans” spend too much time and energy worrying about what others think.  What others think of you doesn’t matter in the long run, what matters most is that you take care of yourself, even if doesn’t make any sense to others. 

Everyone is entitled to their opinion yes, but move forward with a sense of self. You’re not here to people please. This message is to make you understand that you have a voice and a choice. Use it wisely. You have a legacy of your own ancestry and galactic heritage. It’s up you to remember, if that path chooses you. 

It’s not selfish or egotistical. Just follow your own yellow brick road.
