George here. Hi baby girl. Know that you are loved, and supported by your galactic angelic guides….Go tell it on the mountain that when people move through “spontaneous grief”, it’s natural to think it’s an ending of some kind… Of a chapter maybe, it’s the also the ending of the nine year cycle, 

so A LOT of energy will be purged…  

A lot of unpleasant grief will serve a purpose to move through to at this point in time, especially around Christmas time. 

Listen, nine times out ten spontaneous grief doesn’t mean literal death.

The very logical, mathematical Spock, Sirian ET “extreme masculine” unemotional response would to look at this from a Birds Eye view, spontaneous grief and spontaneous joy are opposites, can’t have one without the other. 

Don’t get bogged down by the weight of it. It’s a lesson for the collective, process your emotions, don’t be ashamed to admit it to yourself that this is hard to process. 

Maybe it’s an end of an era, it’s a catalyst for you to start the new year with fresh new energy and ideas new projects to start which you’ve been planning in your head. 

It’s not the end, it’s just a new beginning. Growth is painful.
